Booking Form with KYC
Aadhaar OTP + Mobile OTP verification

When a tenant moves in, staff opens the Booking Form. The tenant enters their Aadhaar number — NavForms sends an OTP to the registered mobile, verifies it via the Aadhaar API, and auto-fills the customer's name and address. A separate mobile OTP confirms the tenant's own phone number. Flat Full Name is selected from the Property Register dropdown, automatically blocking it from double-booking.
